Congratulations to Deborah Klein on receiving the Louise Darling MLGSCA Achievement Award at our 2010 Spring Meeting. She has done so much for our profession and greatly deserves to be recognized. Deborah has worked at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center Medical Library for over 20 years and during that time she contributed her expertise on many MLGSCA committees (finance, benchmarking, nominating committee, treasurer, professional Issues, secretary, public relations, and PSRML RAC representative) and to the Inland Empire Medical Library Co-operative. She has been a member of MLGSCA since 1987 and Senior Member of AHIP since 1997. She is our current MLGSCA past president.
Deborah’s contributions to the profession has set a high standard for excellence through her service to the practice of librarianship, and her commitment to the professional associations in which she is involved. Thank you, Deborah, for being such a great example to us all and congratulations on being our 2010 Louise Darling MLGSCA Achievement Award recipient.
