Continuing Education Opportunities

Unfortunately both of the MLGSCA Arizona Fall 2009 CE Programs have been canceled. Fortunately, the California Fall CE Program, “Exploiting Librarian Skills to Enhance Continuing Medical Education Programsâ€, will still occur on November 20 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles. Furthermore, there are also other Continuing Education (CE) opportunities are on the horizon.
MLA’s Educational Webcast, Cut the Cord: Connecting to our Mobile Users, will take place on November 18, 2009 from 11-1pm. View this webcast individually or at a registered site.
MLGSCA/NCNMLG 2010 Joint Meeting will offer six CE courses on a variety of subjects. Topics include:

- Library without Walls: Creating Web Portals for Online Services and ResourcesÂ
- Understanding Healthcare Literature: Advanced Critical AppraisalÂ
