  • Sunday, January 21st from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Monday, January 22nd from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday January 23rd from 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Shipment of Exhibit Materials
  • Conference materials should be shipped to arrive no more than four days prior to the start date of the conference, January 21, 2018.
  • Shipping charges are $2.00 per normal size box  and $75.00 per pallet.
  • Each vendor must email Donna Eastwood atdonna.eastwood@hilton.com the attached exhibitor booth form (which includes a credit card authorization) no later than January 18th. 
  • Ship materials to the address below.

Exhibit Room Information
  • On-site contact: Nancy Showalter and Bryan Nugent.
  • Exhibit rooms will open at 8:00 am on Monday, January 22.
  • Free Wi-Fi and electricity in all exhibit and meeting rooms.
  • Exhibitors will be in conference rooms Kiva 1 – Hacienda 3 (exact location within these rooms and set-up TBD).
  • Set up can occur on Sunday, January 21 between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm.
    Each draped table (dimensions forthcoming), will include 2 folding chairs. TBD price built into vendor pricing with costs at $25./day. Additional draped table is $15.
  • Tear-down can occur anytime Tuesday, January 23 between 2:00 pm and no later than 11:00 pm. Or a more specific time can be determined. Please check to not interfere with programming.
